I had a decent stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland, which was a huge plus for my trip. The rooms were clean and had a nice patio exit, but they felt a bit sterile and could use some charm. I found the staff to be accommodating, though some seemed a bit grumpy. Dining options were alright, but not mind-blowing. While the value was decent considering the location, some facilities could use a little bit of a refresh.
The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Disneyland and close to handy conveniences like a 7/11. However, the rooms were stuffy and had an unpleasant smell, which really took away from the overall comfort. The service experience was mixed, with some friendly staff but also some less-than-welcoming moments. Overall, it felt like it could use a bit more attention to detail for the price.
